As our items are handmade to order they non-refundable. We offer exchanges or store credit on all orders.
Please ensure you are 100% confident with your order before placing it as it will be processed straight away. Please check our size guide before you order as all our designs are made to fit our generic sizes. If you need further help please add your measurements to your order notes or contact us so we can choose the size best for you!
If you would like to make a return please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then send you our returns address & you will have 7 days to return the order.
Once your return has been received and checked by us. Your exchange or credit notes will be issued as soon as possible please allow up to 7 days for us to process your exchange or store credit.
All swimwear has a no return policy for hygiene reasons.
