At Arelia, each piece is carefully created with quality and detail in mind. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

IN-STOCK ITEMS

Items that are in stock are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of approval
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All handmade, made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.

We offer:

  • Exchanges
  • Store credit

As each item is made specifically for you, please ensure you are 100% confident in your order before purchasing.

We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering. If you’re unsure, you can:

  • Add your measurements in the order notes
  • Contact us directly for sizing advice



HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once approved:

  • We will provide the return address
  • You will have 7 days to send the item back


PROCESSING RETURNS

Once your return has been received and inspected:

  • Exchanges or store credit will be issued
  • Refunds (for in-stock items only) will be processed

Please allow up to 7 days for processing.


SWIMWEAR

Due to hygiene reasons, all swimwear is non-returnable and non-refundable.
