If your order has not been delivered within 48 hours after the delivery time stated on your fulfilment email please email customer service so we can check your tracking and help you investigate your delivery. We are unable to open delivery requests 14 days after your item was meant to be delivered as the courier will not investigate this for us, we recommend getting in touch as soon as possible if there is an issue with your delivery.

*It is the customers responsibility to have your order delivered to a secure location/address. If this apartments/flats/ office/ work address it is your responsibility to ensure your building is secure with trusted neighbours. We will not take liability if you claim your delivery address is not secure / shared & recommend choosing an alternative delivery address if this is the case.
